This privacy policy describes how propertydamagecalc.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by The Click Lab Agency LLC, collects, uses, and shares information when you use this website.

Information We Collect

Browsing the calculator, guides, and reference pages on this site collects nothing personally identifying. We do not require registration, and calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

If you choose to submit the Property Damage case-review form on our homepage, we collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, a description of your case, and the time you gave consent. That form is optional and separate from the calculator itself.

We also use third-party services (Google AdSense and Google Analytics) that may collect usage data as described below.

The Case-Review Form and Attorney Sharing

If you submit the case-review form, your name, phone number, email address, and case details are shared with one or more attorneys or their agents licensed to practice in your jurisdiction, so they can evaluate your situation and contact you about it. The Click Lab Agency LLC, which operates propertydamagecalc.com, is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the attorneys in this network. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship with The Click Lab Agency LLC or with any attorney until and unless that attorney separately agrees to represent you. The Click Lab Agency LLC may be compensated for these referrals.

By submitting the form, you separately consent to be contacted by phone, text, and email — including by automated dialing technology — by The Click Lab Agency LLC and the attorneys or agents your information is shared with. That consent is not required to use any other part of this site, and you can decline it simply by not submitting the form.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate, anonymized information about how visitors use this site: pages viewed, session duration, geographic region (country/city level), device type, and traffic source. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual visitors. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Google AdSense and Cookies

We display advertising through Google AdSense (publisher ID: ca-pub-6434377544325972). Google AdSense uses cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Sharing your case-review submission with attorneys in exchange for compensation may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA, and you can opt out through either channel above. Anonymous browsing of the calculator and guides alone is never sold or shared, because we don't collect anything from it. European Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and choose to submit the case-review form, the legal basis for processing your information is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time using the opt-out channels above. Browsing the site itself does not involve processing personal data about you.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
